Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp in various ways. Primarily, we use it to implement Agile methodology and Scrum with it. It has a useful Sprint feature for that, it feels similar to how Wrike works as it organizes Spaces, Folders, lists, and tasks in a similar way. Though it's easier to use and way faster than Wrike, we also use it as a CRM. It's highly customizable and has templates for a lot of things, it feels like you get a lot of value from it.
- Ease of use
- Templates
- CRM

- AGILE
- Sprints
- Kanban
- Different views
- Reporting
- Time reporting is outdated
- Can feel overwhelming (too many functions)
- Reports can be slow
- Increased time efficiency
- You can have all project related documents in one place
- Faster product development
- Team gets better organized
I think ClickUp accomplished its objectives with this one, we noticed an increase in our collaboration efficiency, and it actually changed some things in the way we usually manage our projects. We use it as our all-in-one app, so all members of our company use it in whichever department they are in. They have their spaces and organize within them.
Well, we implement Scrum with it, and it works just fine. ClickUp is a platform we really like because it made trying out agile methodologies easy and fun almost, it's very straightforward to use and has a lot of info on its youtube channel. We were able to change the way we work, all thanks to ClickUp. So yes, it did simplify our processes.
- Jira Software and Wrike
I think it stacks fairly well with them, Jira can feel really complex at times, but at the same time, it gives some edge to Jira. Expert users can do a lot with Jira, but if you factor in the price of Jira+Plugins, ClickUp has so much value all in one package. Wrike, on the other hand, felt slow and outdated. ClickUp is best in every single aspect. (except for Wrike's time reporting, that's the only thing we miss from it)
