Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp for everything that has to do with internal management as well as projects and client management. We also track time and use dashboards and docs to store internal wikis, employee manuals, and other important documents about our clients. I find ClickUp's modularity very useful in terms that we don't get overwhelmed with many features that we may not be using at the time, but at the same time, we do have the option of expanding the software as our company grows and needs change.
Pros

- Good shareability with third parties.
Cons
- There could be a "lite" version for guests or people who only need a few features like approving or overseeing.
- To complex for new users - needs a built it onboarding process.
- Video recording in comments gets very lost - should be more clear.
- ClickUp can be very expensive for growing companies.
Managing projects and tasks and tracking org-wide goals has been improved, as well as overseeing of what everybody is working on!
We dropped lots of third-party software by using ClickUp, thanks to its modularity.
ClickUp has way more features available, is much more modular, and overall the price is not so bad.
