Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use click up our project management; we plan our tasks, assign them to people and track their status using click up. It's helping us manage multiple projects at the same and achieve maximum productivity with transparency. Team members will have access to task details, can collaborate, and share the task status with in-house team members and also external clients. One of the best software for project management, it offers the best user experience and an awesome look and feel. It's fun using Click-up.

- Speed or performance can be improvised. We felt there is slight delay in response.
- There are few instances where we lost the tasks added to sprint, we had to contact support to get the back. This could have been avoided. Bug free software needed.
- We are able to get complete project updates to our stakeholders in real-time, which reduced additional efforts from the core team in creating project reports frequently.
- Over all resource productivity had been improved by 10 - 20%.
- We are able to assign the tasks effectively, not to overload anyone.
Earlier every project requirement/update was shared via emails, be it with internal or external people. Now with click up, we can get onboard our clients to the project where they can leave their feedback and inputs for the tasks. It has reduced Turn around time, and we are able to deliver on time.
We use many other software for multiple purposes. The good thing about click-up is it can coexist with other software, and can integrate with most of the standard software. For instance, we have integrated with Slack. Any project updates on Clickup will trigger a notification on Slack to respective personnel. We can define the flow and configure what action to be taken when triggered.
We chose to click up because it was recommended by one of our trusted partners. In fact, we evaluated ClickUp based on their feedback, and it turned out to be the best fit for our use case. It is very powerful, with lots of features, at a very reasonable price. Very user-friendly software, easy to onboard internal and external people.
