Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp to manage the workflow of the projects of my team and also as an ITSM tool to deal with support. Before ClickUp, people used to monitor their day-to-day separately, some used sheets, some used their cell phones, and others e-mail, so the management team did not have any way to see the workforce allocation in an orderly manner and also not on a constant periodic basis. Also, since my team deals with connecting our systems to those of other customers, we heavily use ClickUp to track all the pipelines and have a history of what worked out and how serving in a way as a knowledgebase for the team and Co.

- Reports are sometimes buggy and takes a while to load and update
- Desktop version should have all resources of the online
- There should be an easier way to explore the files uploaded to the platform, most of the times you end up downloading email signatures, random images, etc., there should be a way to better explore the files and to pre filter before downloading
- We managed to reduce the time to train new hires by a factor of 4 when dealing with support because every past support now is documented and can be searched to check if something has happened in the past.
- The time to get back on track after vacation periods has reduced as well since you can see where you stopped and if others have continued your work in your absence.
We have not yet used ClickUp as a Cross department tool. Many departments have the freedom to choose what to use, so not everyone went on board with ClickUp.
But since showing what ClickUp can offer, we are converting and raising the interest of other teams on having access to the tool, so soon, we will be upgrading to an enterprise plan where we will be able to use ClickUp to the fullest.

Everything is now documented, and since we use remote work it is a must-have to interact with people in different timezones.
