CliclUp helps me to keep organized and on schedule. It's easy to skew priorities when things get so busy and I used to work off of my emails, which was just a nightmare for finding information you need when you need it. ClickUp has changed all of that and makes my work more efficient.

- Helps to utilize emails by turning them into tasks so that you can add and prioritize things as needed.
- Integrates into all of the major programs that I use - Google Suite, Zoom, Zapier, etc.
- Forms and integrations have saved me dozens of hours of extra work.
- Seeing everything the way that I work is paramount -, and ClickUp does that because of its incredible capabilities.
- I have tried many other task programs and, finally, feel that I will never have to search for one that works better for the way that I work. That in itself is so comforting!
- They seem to be improving consistently, and when they get enough "votes" to fix a particular issue or add a particular feature, they do so in a timely manner. But, starting out can be very overwhelming because of its awesome customization. Their videos do help, and customer service has been great - I just wish their customer service chat option was a little bit faster. Sometimes when I start the chat, I have to wait for answers and, in the meantime have to go on to something else, and then I am not available when they are.
- Would LOVE to see it work with Alexa or Siri so that I can "call in" as a task when I'm thinking about it and not at my computer or unable to type it in.
- I use this, currently, for my office of 10 and manage 2 other small offices of 5 - this program has made all of our workflows much more efficient, and being able to follow communication has saved hours and hours of time researching between emails, drive, and hard copies. Automations and forms all in one task have replaced connecting and finding documents, forms, and replies in drive.
- The only negative aspect is when others don't use it correctly or in the same way - the customization can sometimes get in the way and cause confusion.
Being able to manage tasks and assign them - lets you take them off your plate until you need to get back into the task. This is easy to follow up on track progress and manage all without having to have a million meetings to do the same thing. I tend to be the only person in my office most days, so being able to collaborate with my other departments and teams efficiently is necessary. I look forward to working more with the whiteboard and the ghant options for brainstorming for projects - I just need a little more time to play around with it to figure it out. I'm one of those - need to use it to understand it - people.
Following a project or task manually can be daunting and usually requires several meetings to get things organized. ClickUp has made it so easy to manage emails regarding a task, incorporates forms and data management, calendar re-entry, zoom, chat, doc retrieval, and my latest automation for Flyer management through all of our offices.
