Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp at my company to track ads, budgets, social media posts, and website projects for dozens of clients. It helps us manage tags, labels, and due dates for several departments. The notification system keeps everybody on the same page in terms of priority and workload. I can't recommend it enough. It's our favorite productivity software.

We have a few different departments and ClickUp helps keep us all on the same page. Relevant projects might include building a landing page or an email marketing campaign, setting up an in-person review meeting, or updating our SEO best practices. A lot of these tasks require collaboration. When some of our team members are working from home, ClickUp helps us all stay connected.
Streamlining is where I think ClickUp shines the most. We used to rely on several different productivity software before we started using ClickUp in early 2020 - monday.com, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. ClickUp replaced all of them. It's really nice to be able to have one primary dashboard where all of my tasks and due dates are up-to-date.
ClickUp has better UI and organization features than either Monday, Teams, or Trello. But even more than that, it's highly customizable. Many of my teammates use different views and tags to best represent their projects. For example, I use Calendar view, whereas the web design team might use a Gantt chart or workload chart. Having used Monday and Trello, it simply takes less time to create and update tasks on ClickUp.
