I use ClickUp to track billable time, to organize tasks, and to task work out to different teams of our agency.
- Tracks time
- Organizes client tasks and projects
- Alerts team members to completed and in progress tasks
- Notifications are overboard across all users when first signing up
- Cannot track time on behalf of other members
- Pasting links always brings up a pop-up instead of the direct link
- Saves time
- Improves collaboration
- Faster project times
Increased management of all tasks across all clients
No Workflow automation since the features do not have use cases for our organization
