Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We can accurately track progress on projects and bugs or issues that arise after project completion. Developers can link specific code release to ClickUp tickets and integrate it with our company Slack. We also use it for general IT ticketing and other non-project tasks and issues. It is even more valuable given our dispersed personnel due to the pandemic. Our productivity has actually increased since everyone started working from home as a result of using ClickUp!

Collaboration on a per task and project basis has increased tremendously. It is much easier for users to create tasks, share info, and meet goals. Time tracking has allowed teams to better manage resources and shift focus as needed both internally and in the company as a whole.
Automated task creation from folder email addresses and integration with the company Slack has made a huge difference in workflow efficiency! Tasks that would have normally required manual creation or not created at all as a result are ready to be worked on without further thought by our teams.
