ClickUp helps us streamline our work processes, improve team collaboration and communication, and track the progress of tasks and projects. The scope of use can vary at times, but generally, we use it to manage projects, tasks, and to-do lists, track time and progress, schedule appointments and meetings, assign tasks, and collaborate with team members.

We haven't used much of the automation features yet but we are trying to get them up and running. Currently, we are looking at how automations will impact other systems etc.

Alternatives Considered

monday.com and Asana

It's better than monday.com for sure. Asana comes close but ClickUp still manages to beat it because of the range of customization features it offers.
