Overall Satisfaction with Clio
It is the central software for my practice. It tracks billing, client info, and tasks. I rely on Clio to make my practice of law easier and as I add more professionals they will also use it.

The law offices I worked at used Amicus Attorney and their own homebrew system created by one of the managing partners. I will focus on Amicus mostly, as the homebrew system is not available to anyone else, though I will note that many things that Clio does right is also done by the homebrew.
Amicus, like Clio, was cloud based and synced with MS office products. The issue with Amicus was that the system was extremely slow. It often took a long time to log into the program and putting in billing took longer than necessary. It did not sync well with Office in my opinion either.
Clio works much faster than Amicus, is responsive and offers the same functionality.
