Overall Satisfaction with Cloud Drive Mapper

This software has been invaluable, users were used to using mapped drives and had issues wanting to use OneDrive and SharePoint online to handle files. By mapping the drives they are now able to use the familiar file explorer to access and upload files with ease. The ability to map all sites associated with the users is a major game changer. It gives the features of the cloud but local on the machine with no Uploading or Downloading of files, just copy them and move them around as if they were local.

Pros

  • Having cloud locations locally.
  • Ability to see all associated SharePoint sites in one place.
  • Making it easier to move files around from one site to another.

Cons

  • Improvement: Speeding up the logon connection. Doesn't take long but for those who are impatient it can be a little bit of a challenge. Connection is normally under a min
  • It has improved performance of users, giving them something they are used to.
  • Not really any negative things to say.
It works, it does what it says, it is reliable, just a couple of teething problems at the start which were more user error more than anything. Service from the was good and helpful. Software is easy to use and deploy.
I haven't seen anything else on the actual market that does what this does apart from DIY scripts.

It does what it says and no real hassle setting it up. A few AD Policies to apply and away you go. Easy configured based on group access.
