Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

Cloudflare is an essential part of web hosting services in my organization. Cloudflare helps me to provide website visitors with an added layer of SSL security, performance, and reliability. With Cloudflare, it is easy to keep customer's data safe from malicious attacks, while also providing them with a faster loading speed. Cloudflare's features like Content Delivery Network allow me to serve the content more quickly and efficiently. The Analytics feature helps to monitor and track website performance so that I can identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes.
  • It offers a range of security features to protect against malicious actors, including DDoS protection, malware scanning, and SSL/TLS encryption.
  • It provides a range of performance-enhancing features, such as content delivery networks (CDNs), DNS acceleration, and caching.
  • Provides additional features like automatic minification of code and image optimization (lazy loading).
  • Switching between the Full SSL and Flexible SSL feature could be improved.
  • Integration with third-party platforms could also be improved. It would be beneficial to have more comprehensive and seamless integrations with popular platforms.
  • Website has become much faster and more secure.
  • Website traffic has increased significantly.
  • Free SSL certificate.
  • Improvement in website's search engine rankings.
While evaluating, I found Cloudflare to be more affordable and easier to use than Imperva CDN and offered more features, such as free SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and a content delivery network (CDN). As compared to Imperva CDN, Cloudflare offered the most complete set of features and at the best price.
The onboarding process for Cloudflare was fairly straightforward. It was easy to implement and without the need to contact Cloudflare's customer service agents. We were able to get our website up and running with Cloudflare, as soon as the nameservers changed at our domain name provider's end. Overall, the onboarding process was quick and seamless.
I would rate the overall support for Cloudflare as a 8 out of 10. The Cloudflare team is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to take the time to explain things in detail, and they have a great help centre with plenty of resources to help us troubleshoot any issues.

I found Cloudflare to be well suited for website owners who want to protect their website from malicious attacks, defend against DDoS threats, and improve website performance. Cloudflare's content delivery network (CDN) and distributed denial of service (DDoS) protection are especially useful for websites that rely on high traffic and need to remain accessible during heavy traffic periods.
But, on the other hand, Cloudflare is somehow less appropriate for sites that host sensitive information and require a high level of security. Cloudflare does not offer the same level of security as a dedicated server, and can be vulnerable to certain types of attacks.
