Overall Satisfaction with CloudTalk

We use CloudTalk to manage incoming customer calls in few European countries for our e-commerce stores. That's a great solution, providing adequate price/quality ratio. Also, the customer support is prompt and helpful.

  • Could not get local number in some European countries.
  • We saved approx 50% of costs for telephony per month.
We used local VOIP provider, but it was slow, manual-based and expensive solution.
