Overall Satisfaction with CloudTalk
Within the organisation, we use CloudTalk for essential business calls with clients on various continents. We used to be concerned about rising cellphone bills, but now we can concentrate on what matters most: building solid business relationships. When it comes to the regularity with which I profit from CloudTalk, I'd estimate three to four times each week. Because it has made communication more accessible, I don't hesitate to make an extra call to keep in touch with my international partners.

CloudTalk is much more economical, simple to set up, and the trial month was quite helpful in ensuring that it was exactly what we required. Aircall can definitely do a lot more, but I'm not sure what, and I don't think we need it because we're not a large company with various tiers of functionality.
