Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures
This is a stable, mature product that just keeps getting better. The new web interface is great. The free photo upload tool for Azure makes adding photos to MS 365 users very easy. I also like the new global auto-reply feature, which is something I am pretty sure Microsoft does not have natively. The signature scheduling and filters are very helpful. Overall, a very powerful tool. Support is excellent and very quick to respond as well.
- Scheduling different signatures at different times.
- Scheduling different signatures for different senders or recipients.
- Scheduling global autoreply or autoreply based on sender or recipient.
- The graphical design of signatures could be a little less clunky, but it's better than others I tried previously.
- Increased productivity.
- Easy to onboard new employees without having to manually set up signatures.
CodeTwo is much more reliable and robust. The interface is faster and more intuitive.
