Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures

We use CodeTwo to add signatures in Outlook and mobile devices. The tool allowed us to obtain the same footers for both mobile applications and emails sent from the computer. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures, the process of unifying the footers is much easier for everyone. Each footer modification takes a few minutes.

CodeTwo is perfect for large environments with Active Directory implemented. It is good where changes to the regulations are often made (e.g. during marketing campaigns). I recommend it to every IT department that struggles with the configuration of footers on many positions. It is not profitable to use CodeTwo for several mailboxes
