With the usage of CodeTwo Email Signature we ensure that all users, independent of the device and/or software used, comply with the legal requirements for business communication and mandatory information for email signatures. Furthermore, we ensure that the corporate CI is used all the time. The individual administrative effort is reduced, everything is managed centrally.

- Everything is very well, nothing to complain about

CodeTwo Email Signatures work together with our other software solution that ensures email encryption using S/MIME and/or PGP, while our previous solution did not manage to handle that
