Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures
We manage signatures in a centralized way, without worrying if all clients have the correct one, if it is displayed correctly or if the data inside is obsolete. Also, we now have the chance to insert dynamic banners based on events we are planning, like webinars, or to wish you a happy new year! Another issue solved is the signature used for mobile phones, which couldn't be implemented otherwise.

- Chance of sending test e-mails to myself.

- More starting configuration.
I've never used any other solution, so I cannot compare the current one with another. We have always used an HTML signature file different for every user manually installed on every PC, and with our company increasing in size it has become very unpleasant to manage. Also, we can now customize our signatures and change them just once.
