Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

Before making the switch to CodeTwo, email signatures were being created by the IT department for every user that started within the company. People received instructions on how they could activate that email signature in their Outlook, and were solely responsible for managing this process. After a while, though, we experienced (small) issues with phone numbers being copy-pasted wrongly, etc. When the marketing department asked whether we could adjust the email signature to include a link to the new website, we decided to improve things around us and made sure we looked for a solution to manage email signatures centrally.
We now use the code two email signatures to speed up onboarding and to optimize time in prepping assets for new starters. Next to that, we have upgraded the marketing experience with our brand, being now able to centrally manage themes like presence to trade fairs, job fairs, launching of new services, special attention to engineering profiles in our portfolio, ... also time-depending marketing messages are being managed with extreme ease.
  • centrally managed signature, so all signatures look the same (no extra spaces between phone numbers, etc)
  • multiple signatures, based on the email type or a geographic / domain rule
  • loads of templates to kick-off your email signature journey
  • awesome support => the thing you dread is irresponsive support that does not really help you... the code two support was awesome!
  • HMTL WYSIWYG editor could use some upgrades. I often had to resort to source code view ... (in hindsight: mainly because the tabs in the interface were not entirely clear in the beginning).
  • the admin to get the email tenant to work was a bit scary (but that's mainly getting acquainted with the Microsoft environment)
  • I would appreciate some extra guidance or best practices for various email signature rules.
  • Adding messages to the email signature is now very easy and straightforward, and does not require users to update anything.
  • Extra marketing channel we can monitor through our ad campaigns (it's built-in!)
We actually got a referral to this platform through various IT partners. Their website looks very professional, and they get good reviews. This being said, we used the trial version to get really convinced. And in the end, we migrated to a paid solution within the week.

Are they the best / only solution that offers that flexibility? I think they offer something which all companies of a certain size can use, and there is currently no point in changing our infrastructure to another provider.

One thing is certain: we won't go back to a situation where we would not centrally manage email signatures ever again.

Do you think CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's feature set?

Yes

Did CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 again?

Yes

CodeTwo Email Signatures seems well suited for environments where:
- rule-based email signatures are helpful in structuring messages to the market (say: multiple BU's with different messaging strategies)
- you frequently want to change your message
- you have a few users, which make changing the signature a time-consuming process if it would need to go through the complete business environment

I would not advise CodeTwo if you do not have a big user base, or do not frequently wish to update the signature. If for instance, you would only add one signature and never change it, there would be no immediate need.
