Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We use CodeTwo as our centralized signature tool for all staff, regardless of their location, language. Some of the important features that this solution solves are - analytics tracking, banner advertising, and marketing automation integration provides email signature layouts for each division within the company, has the ability to control and manage each department independently. We have about 500 users currently.

Firstly, the cost !!! Saved me about $10k yearly. That is very nice! Ability to deploy signatures centrally to all users, from one very user-friendly portal. CodeTwo ensures email signature branding looks good on mobile devices and email platforms. This has been one interesting feature. The plain text to HTML and vice versa feature on the design page.

Centralized deployment of the email signature to windows pc users. Ability to override user-created signature on outlook and ability to use different banners based on user's location, language. Ability to invite team members to collaborate in the development of email signatures. Less integration ability with Salesforce app. Limitation on client-side mode for Mac users.
