Overall Satisfaction with Codility
We use Codility in the selection process for most of the open positions in the organization (at least in the Americas region). It's sometimes used as a screening tool (to filter candidates by skill level) or to complement the technical assessment. It really helps to have an idea of the candidate's technical level and make decisions based on that.

- Good interface (for the ones that take the test)
- Many options of tests to use or build
- Clear and complete test report
- Could describe the tests easier for layman to understand
- Could update tasks more often to prevent copies
- Wide task library
- Easy to manage candidates
- Possibility to make asynchronous assessment
- Being able to asses the technical skills of candidates in a hands-on way, with scores
- Easy to manage, does not take much time form recruiters
