Overall Satisfaction with Comcast Business VOIP (VoiceEdge)
We started using ComcastBusiness VOIP as an option lo landlines but the service was not the greatest and the customer service was not the greatest either, we experienced a great amount of service interruption and no support! I have to say that they went out of their way to have the service up and running! We have been looking for an alternative to regular landlines because we have been moving across the country and landlines are still limited for this. We have been evaluating the need for actual "landlines" having the whole mobile industry in a nonstop advance and always have liked the "separate" idea of having simply a phone number where we can receive customer calls.

- I honestly don't believe there is an actual feature they are providing to us.
- None what so ever.
I have switched now to MagicJack for business, while their support might not be the most amazing either we are very satisfied with the service/cost relationship and this has been a major game-changer. I am certain that Comcast has a larger client base that they have to look for that might be creating much more significant revenue. We have faced similar situations with other vendors and have found better solutions with smaller, shelving solutions that seem to cater more closely to clients.
