1 - You really don't need much in-house support. We simply escalate issues whenever we encounter one and that's it. We don't need additional in-house support when you can simply connect with Comindware support easily. We have a SPOC for Comindware Tracker and we just keep him in loop while connecting with Comindware support.

Oracle Linux premier support is available at no extra cost to users for systems. However, we do not use it Linux.
Yes - Yes, we reported issues at multiple occasions when we were starting off with it. Whenever there is an issue with tracker we send mail immediately and connect with them over phone as soon as possible. As phone support is available during the day only and we just want to resolve issues the same day.
