Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Across the whole organization. We use it to recognize costs to specific projects, analysis codes, etc. We're able to report out back to the respective teams based on the fields they use, and we can track receipts for the purpose of proving we paid sales and used tax on all our purchases.
- Expenses for the purpose of automatically pairing receipts to transactions.
- Email forwarding capabilities for receipts.
- Easy user interface.
- Reporting is not straightforward at all.
- The lag is very long between purchasing and when transactions appear in Concur.
- Better tracking of expenses.
The use of integrating ExpenseIt and the SAP Concur App has really sped up the process for getting expenses in and tracking sales tax.
Employees can have more awareness of their overall expenses with the automation of transactions going onto reports.
