Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Travel and Expense in every department across the entire organization globally. We utilize it for both expense reports and travel bookings. It's able to enable our company to run smoothly and efficiently without having to spend hours or even days booking travel and building expense reports. Even better, it's fully integrated with SAP.
- Accurately between all departments.
- Ease of expense reporting.
- Pairing of receipts to credit card transactions doesn’t work well.

I’ve not used many others (only internal systems and processes like Excel and Docs). I’m not sure how you can top Concur though!
It’s been able to grow with us and our expanding staff through the years while seamlessly integrating with SAP.
It’s so simple to use! Very short training and onboarding is VERY helpful for both HR and the employee.

- The UI isn't very attractive.
- The settings can be quite off-putting and looks cumbersome (as it's SO text heavy).
