Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur Expense is being used by the credit cardholders in our organization, across several departments. It certainly has helped minimize data input and maximize on the convenience of online expense reporting.
  • User-friendly site
  • Detailed & easy to follow instructions
  • Customer service is good, but could be better
  • Project code mapping to certain GL codes only
  • More responsibility/input by the cardholders
  • Less manual data entry
One of our employees tried Expensify, I only got a glimpse of it on the accounting/end side of the process. Concur seems to have more offerings than Expensify.
The workflow has been beneficial for our business office; we are processing payments more timely than before.
It has been good to see more details that are integrated from Concur into our accounting system.
Our organization uses only Concur Expense at this time, not the Travel portion.
