Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use it across the organization for all of our travel and expense management.
Pros
- Mobile expense management (no more paper receipts - just take a picture).
- Automatic processing of charges from my corporate card.
Cons
- Searching for flights could be more flexible in helping to find cheaper flights near the days that I would like to travel.
- I can't speak to ROI because I don't know anything about how much we have invested in it.
I've used Concur for so long now I can't even remember what I used before. It was some SAP-based solution that was horrible and everyone hated.
It makes expense management so easy that travel has become much simpler for us.
As I've said in other responses, I love how easy it is to manage and submit expenses. Having access to my travel itinerary and being able to make changes while I'm on the move is super convenient. I haven't seen a better expense management system and am very pleased my company is using it.

Yes - It works very well. My favorite feature is the ability to finish a meal, snap a photo of the receipt and throw the receipt in the trash. No more paper to keep up with for the remainder of the trip. It became even better when they integrated TripIt into it a few years ago.
