Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur is being used within my organization to have a systematic, organized, and user-friendly way of submitting travel expenses within the company. As a user, I enjoy the app. Very new user friendly.
- User-friendly
- Simple format/ layout
- App is great
- Genuinely do not have any negative remarks other than my app seems a little delayed, even after I downloaded it again on my phone. Honestly, that isn't enough for me to knock the app. It could just be my phone.
- So far, there have been no miscommunications between me and the home office about my expenses this year. Very simple. I appreciate the email notifications when anything is updated with my expenses too. It allows for quick communication if there is something wrong.
While I have not evaluated other expense programs, I would believe that it would be hard to find one that I liked better than Concur. I did not have formal training about the app or process, but it was not necessary. The app is very simple, cut, and dry.
I am not aware of previous software.
I would believe that it has made the expense submission process all around easier and more technologically advanced! Nobody wants to submit an email with a never-ending list of attachments.
This is a great product. Easy for employees to use.
