Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Travel & Expense across the entirety of our organization specifically for expense management.
- Love the mobile app
- Very easy to use
- Receipt image has minimized my clutter
- From time to time, logging in seems to be a challenge.
- Need to refresh after submitting a receipt before being able to assign it to an expense
- The ability to approve expenses on the fly from my phone saves an immense amount of time.
- The camera within the app takes easily readable photos of receipts regardless of how many miles the tattered receipt might have on it.
Honestly, it's been so long since I've used NetSuite for expense management it'd be difficult to compare due to the advances in mobile solutions.
We run ADP Total Workforce for our full HRIS system and Concur seems to integrate seamlessly, at least from my perspective.
All begins and ends with the mobile app which seems to be more responsive and quicker with each update.
It's a life saver. Concur has allowed me to finally break the old habit of taping each receipt to a sheet of paper and keep hard copy files, very freeing.
