Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur Travel and Expense is being used by our organization as a hub for all travel and expenses incurred when traveling for work or charging any work related purchases to the company. The software allows travel to be approved prior to departure and allows for integration with major credit cards for automatic receipt collection when using the company card.

Concur Travel and Expense allows for full end-to-end SAP stack integration. Allowing finance teams to use SAP when building overall company accounts. The user friendly interface allows sales and marketing teams who travel to submit and be reimbursed for costs and expenses in a timely fashion which benefits both employees and payroll teams.
My organization has integrated Concur Travel and Expense with American Express and Uber allowing for easy automatic receipt uploads for purchases made using corporate accounts in both the credit card platform and rideshare platform. This integration negates the need for manual expense inputs and saves time as receipts and transactions are automatically uploaded to expense reports.
The ability to integrate multiple apps with Concur has dramatically decreased the amount of time that employees spend on completing expense reports. These seamless integrations have meant that expense reports are getting filed faster and approved sooner than before concur and especially before any of these integrations were implemented as standard in my experience.
Time saved has been a huge benefit to our organization. The time employees spend filing and submitting expense reports has decreased dramatically. Finance teams no longer need to constantly follow up with employees to submit reports as app integration means that most employees just need to review prior to submitting instead of building reports manually.
Concur Travel and Expense has really helped integrate traveling teams and finance teams. It's the thread that knits external teams who may not necessarily face each other and translates each problem to a common language. When finance teams can approve expenses in advance it expedites the repayment process for employees.
