Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

I use Concur Travel and Expense at least monthly to report and be reimbursed for all of my business expenses.
  • Captures receipt images
  • Fills in most frequently used information automatically
  • Ability to copy past expense reports
  • Easy to upload receipts
  • The itemization effort for hotel receipts has improved. It used to be much harder to break down all the taxes
  • When there are rule violations sometimes is frustrating to see where the problems are because the screen is too busy
  • It is painful to add other employees when breaking down group meals. There are duplicates or missing employees
  • It is hard for me to find previously submitted reports
  • It has standardized our expense reporting processes.
  • It has sped up processing and payments
TripIt - We can make travel plans in the app. ExpenseIt - We can upload receipt images, and they automatically create an expense entry linked to the incoming credit card transaction when it comes in.
Our organization is growing exponentially. Concur Travel and Expense has sped up expense report processing, which has been especially important to our field employees, who purchase job supplies and travel for work.
We have done some automation to onboard new users, so it is easy to set them up. From a user experience, Concur Travel and Expense has improved hotel itemization. Concur Travel and Expense can easily copy my previous expense report and reuse it the following month.

When reporting the same expense monthly, it is easy to copy a previous report and reuse it. It is good for breaking out expenses to different jobs and cost centers.
