Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur for Travel planning, selecting flights, hotels, and cars, ... for business travel.
Pros
- Integration with hotel reservation systems are good.
- Desktop; mobile app integration is useful.
Cons
- The general search option could be improved. Very often, you have to restart from scratch when looking for a flight or hotel.
- Putting reservations for hotels, flights, cars, ... in one single reservation is always a bad idea. When travel has begun, it's virtually impossible to change something online. I always have to call the agency then.
- This would be a question for our colleagues in accounting/finance. I am just a normal end-user. As we don't use Concur for expenses, I can't say anything about these features.
No other products were used.
We use Oracle as the backend.
If we used it, the direct link between travel planning, expense reporting, and payment would be innovative.
It's good to find all function in one place when planning a travel.
