Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We currently use the program to book all of our travel and expenses, both using the IOS application and web based desktop edition. This has streamlined our expenses process and makes booking travel a breeze.
- Booking flights/hotel/cars all via the one interface and making the process quick and easy
- Being able to submit and manage expenses via the ios app on the go
- Keeping an audit trail of all travel and expenses
- Managing budgets for hotels and travel make it easier to stay within the company policz
- It would be great if it could interface with 3rd party apps such as uber
- Faster employee reimbursement
- Faster processing of expense logs
We also use SPA SuccessFactors with the view of introducing SAP S4/HANA, this will enable a wider integration of SAP applications across the company
The features are invaluable for a large company, gone are the days of reviewing a large team to manage company expenses and providing feedback to the end user. This has helped us grow and adapt but also policy management has been great for managing stricter pricing polices due to the current climate
