Overall Satisfaction with ConfigCat

We use ConfigCat primarily to separate our deployments from feature release.

We also use it to gradually roll out features to specific users or cohorts to evaluate the release, A/B test and make ad-hoc, targeted config changes.
  • It's architecturally very simple
  • We've had excellent support from them
  • It's been very reliable
  • The UI is improving but is still a bit clunky
  • User targeting
  • Simple architecture and API
  • Our change fail rate has improved significantly over the last two years and ConfigCat has played a part in that

Do you think ConfigCat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ConfigCat's feature set?

Yes

Did ConfigCat live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ConfigCat go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy ConfigCat again?

Yes

For most feature toggle use cases, it's hard to fault it.

The A/B testing functionality and user targeting features perhaps aren't as sophisticated as others, but on the whole it covers 90%+ of what we need.
