Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech)

Yes, they were very good at having a solution available to meet our needs and ensure our environment was kept up-to-date in terms of patches, installation of virus scanners, etc. The program is a silent install and it does not affect the performance of the machine; it also ensures GPO's are met.

The price point for this product is fair and it automatically integrates with the ticketing system so that you can stay on top of things within your network. The functionality for inventory and gathering data about the computer allows for a very accurate view in terms of hardware and license compliance.
Overall, it is a fairly priced module that does the job in ensuring the safety of our network and allowing the analysis of our systems, etc.

Its integration with our other connectwise products makes for a seamless view of our network and hardware as well as licensing requirements. This has allowed us to stay compliant from a fiduciary and licensing standpoint.
It meets our needs by providing our IT staff with the information necessary to diagnose problems. It also can automate processes like restarting services that have stopped or alerting us when a major issue is going on with a server. This has allowed us to be proactive rather than reactive and given us the power to maintain our systems around the clock.
