Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech)
We use Automate every day to provide our customers with support. We use it to remote control, automate maintenance tasks, monitor our clients' systems. It is an essential part of how we do business. Our business would not be successful without this application and the rest of the ConnectWise suite of products.
- Remote control.
- Patching.
- Monitoring.
- It is a little slow some times.
- It can be difficult to set-up and maintain.
- The interface is not very intuitive for new users.
- It makes our techs able to quickly get to a machine.
- Running scripts in the background has saved a lot of time.
- Catching items before they become an outage has saved countless hours.
