Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We primarily use ConnectWise for training purposes and for helping staff process difficult tickets. I have 46 users working remotely on four different projects right now, and each project requires a user to be logged into RDP for the ticket system, and then through a secure VPN or Citrix to access multiple client-based systems. If they were to message me with a question on ticket 1234 for X project, it could take 5-10 minutes to launch and login to all the systems necessary to be able to evaluate that scenario (one of our clients has *16* different logins needed to review and complete a single merge). And then I'd get a question from another supervisor on another team five minutes later and have to log into that client network. My computer barely handles one at a time. ConnectWise enables us to receive the message about a question, and connect to them within seconds to be fully immersed in all the systems they already have active so that we can problem solve immediately.

- Super fast connection abilities, easy for even inexperienced users to be on either side of the connection.
- I'd love to be able to select multiple monitors, rather than having 1 window or all windows.
- Better functionality in IE, some of my administrative settings do not translate and are bypassed when I use this browser.

TeamViewer is prohibitively expensive and was much more confusing for the user we were trying to connect to.
