Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Just one person. It was used to connect to remote monitoring tool and also for the integration of xerox managed print and service agreements.
  • Easy to use interface
  • Price is acceptable, average among providers
  • Integrates with a number of solutions. Lots of customization available
  • Support is top notch from service and sales
  • Could not integrate with Xerox canada
  • Sometimes sales was slow to respond
  • Rmm tool is complicated
  • Fast support of end users with remote assist
  • Low cost keeps roi high
  • Branding option allows customers to feel they are being supported professionally
  • logicnow and beanywhere
Both other solutions are OK for small companies but don't have the options or customization or integration with other solutions as ConnectWise.
It is well suited to large Managed IT Services organizations that are managing clients with fifty plus users. It is ideal for those who are adept at computers and software and programming due to the limitless customization possibilities. It is not well suited for small companies, or companies managing small companies, unless there is a safe volume.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Training

The program is easy to use and intuitive, so naturally the training follows the same methodology. It's important that the training highlights key features and covers common use case scenarios and frequently asked questions which it does very well. The only thing I like more with training is hands on videos by actual people and users, who can point out things that the developers/supports may not think of.
