Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) as the main remote connection software platform for our company. We rely on ConnectWise Control to have a 100% uptime to allow us to connect at less than a minute's notice. We also use ConnectWise Control for system training and demonstration purposes for our sales team.

  • The presentation of the site is a little outdated
  • The overall software cost when compared to our previous remote support application is much improved
  • Technicians have less wait time when it comes to remote connection diagnosis
As former LogMeIn users, we took some time to look for alternatives. The main reason for the switch was pricing, but we also wanted to make sure that we did not lose features and that we would not have to pay extra for features that should be in a remote support platform as standard. LogMeIn has file transfer, but only if you pay more. ConnectWise Control has this as standard.
ConnectWise Control is suited for businesses that must make immediate remote connection to sites, without delay or issue. It is geared more towards internal use, but can be used for client use if required.
