Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
It is being used by the accounting department. It allows our accounting technician to work daily on the organisation's laptop in Canada and allows myself, the accounting supervisor, to connect weekly from Australia for end of the month procedures and conciliations.
- Let's you see if the other laptop is connected or not
- Allows a permanent connectivity, as long as the laptop is connected to the app (no time out or limited session time)
- Easy to set up
- A function to allow shifting from the controlled screen to the original screen (alt tab between screens)
- Autoconnect from remote screens after restart
- Increased efficiency in accounting operations due to remote access
- Overall software cost is lower than the cost of accounting mistakes that must be corrected in the future
