Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact to send out monthly newsletters to groups of clients, past clients, and prospective clients. It helps keep us in front of customers.
- Cazoomi Salesforce integration is great.
- Being able to have buckets of different contacts is appreciated.
- The ability to easily edit the newsletter template is awesome.
- Sometimes the UI isn't sticky and changes don't get saved.
- Clients who had previously quit or paused our services come back because we stay in front of them.
