Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use constant contact to communicate with all of our constituents on a regular basis. Each of our divisions uses the platform to update Current Parents and relay information as needed. We also use it in the Advancement Office to share information with potential donors, store donor contact information and market the school to interested families.
- Tracks contacts who were sent, clicked, and opened each email.
- Allows our teams to create lists and tags to keep constituents organized.
- Provides colorful and attractive email templates.
- It would be nice if we had more customizable options for emails - like moving around pictures and text boxes, rather than a set spot for everything to go.
- I would like it if multiple people could work on a document at one time. So if I'm in charge of graphics, I can get those updated while someone else is entering content, etc.
- As a school, we are able to push information out to our parents in a fast and effective way.
- We can track which constituents are clicking through content and reach out separately to those who are not.
- We can all house contact information for constituents in one place easily accessible by all faculty/staff.

30 - Multiple offices on our campus utilize Constant Contact: Advancement Office, Business Office, Enrollment Office, College Counselling, Sports Teams, Marketing Department, Human Resources, Head of School, Division Heads, Administrative Assistants, and more!
5 - Constant Contact is very user-friendly and easy to learn. The biggest issues our staff comes across are how to manage lists and tags. This process isn't hard, but there is a certain way it needs to be done for consistency- and to avoid duplication. Our in-house support people utilize excel on a daily basis and have access to our central database. These people are detail oriented and thorough.
- We use Constant Contact to stay in communication with our Alumni. This allows us to share information with them regarding events, encourage them to let us know about any changes (marriages, children, new jobs, etc.), and contact them during fundraising season.
- Our school administrative assistants use Constant Contact to communicate with current and potential families regarding events on campus.
- Our Advancement Office uses constant contact to communicate with our community members who also own businesses - with information on sponsorship opportunities, upcoming events, special offers, and more.
- Our Parent Association uses Constant Contact to help promote our Spirit Store, recruit volunteers, and sell Activity Passes.
- I'm hoping we start using Constant Contact to communicate with current students.

- Building emails is very simple from start to finish. Templates are already laid out and swapping pictures, editing, and typing content into the boxes provided is very simple.
- I don't find any of the Constant Contact tasks difficult.
Yes - The mobile interface is great! It allows us to see what the email will look like if it is opened on a phone, and we can easily customize templates if the layout doesn't appear the way we want.
