I found ContractZen extremely useful and handy in managing all documentation in relation to my property investment activities. Bids and agreements are always one click away and easy to distribute between parties. ContractZen has both a mobile and desktop version, this is very important from a user experience point of view.
- Intuitive and easy to use.
- Good metadata structure.
- Also has a desktop (browser) version.
- Sharing and collaborative working with documents is one of the handiest I've seen in comparable systems.
- ContractZen is almost as good as heavy duty doc management system, it can be mistaken to be one.
- Admin interface [not intuitive] - needs some practice.
- I have saved 50% of my time when managing and sharing bids and agreements.
- I'll never miss a contract end date - ContractZen has already saved 15% of my total annual contract value.
