Overall Satisfaction with Conversica

Conversica is currently being used for lead nurturing. We submit segmented data based on where a lead is in our workflow and Conversica reaches out to them with a message specific to each segment. It is also used to win back previous clients and re-engage with older ones.
  • Its messaging is specific to the recipients status with your company
  • It properly recognizes responses from recipients and sets the lead status
  • Its messaging is very engaging
  • Would like it to expand into other languages....like Spanish
  • Give ability to respond as the avitar at any time not just when it is a response to review
  • It takes a few months to start building positive revenue from the efforts of Conversica.
  • Once Conversica pipeline is built, about 3 months, it pays off.
