We assign training, do performance reviews, and track employee engagement with Cornerstone.
- Drag and drop filters for Custom Reporting 2.0 is nice.
- Training assignments.
- Dashboards need improvement
- More field custom customization with SQL operations and the ability to modify column headings that would be nice.
- A nice addition would be exception reporting for performance.
- We have seen some incremental improvements because of Cornerstone's ability to track employee engagement.
Reporting and analytics in Dayforce is more complex and more powerful. The dashboards and reports customization are superior in Dayforce. However, Cornerstone's Reporting module is easier to learn and use.
