Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

I use Cornerstone for Performance Reviews, Learning Management, Compliance Training, and Development Plans for succession planning.
  • Great courses in Cyber U
  • Easy to navigate through the Performance Review for end users
  • Check-ins are the best
  • Administrative set up on the back end is not very user friendly
  • More Office Hours available for one-on-one help
  • Increase engagement and productivity
  • Maintain Compliance
  • Tracking and recording growth and Performance Review
It is a little more tedious than others but the overall outcome is great
Cornerstone is a GREAT product and I feel I am still just scratching the surface as there is so much to learn and so many ways to incorporate it into any business.
