Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use CSOD throughout our whole organization for our Learning Management System (LMS). It addresses the problems of learning management, regulatory agency compliance for continuing education; delivering education, and reporting/tracking.
  • Learner home/layout
  • Content/curricula
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Deprecation of tools (often in the name of continuous quality improvement).
  • Would like additional ways to "slice and dice" data -- i.e. by hire date.
  • More robust support
  • Increased compliance with mandatory education to 99%.
  • Time savings from automating new hire education: Saves hours each week (automated process based on job code/title).
CSOD offers more customizable features than Netlearning. The curricula administration and learning assignment features are more robust than Netlearning. I would say Netlearning's provided content is stronger than CSOD though (CSOD has course offerings but they are an additional cost).

CSOD has been well-suited for our organization. I think it might be overkill for smaller organizations with fewer employees.
