Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Thanks to CSOD WE are able to manage performance review, mid-year, and annual review. We also manage objectives and development plans. The tool is very user-friendly and helpful. The LMS module supports us on the change management part. WE are able to assign specific e-learning to many worldwide department. The LMS has been very usefull during the Covid phase

Cornerstone is very easy to configure with Many options. The administrator Access is very simplified no need to be technical. You have access to all modules as administrator: Core, performance review, competencies assessment, développement plan, Skill Matrix, Talent identification, succession plan, business-critical roles, back UP and talent pool, shared list.
We selected CSOD primary for the LMS module which is one of the best in the HRIS market. As a worldwide company an LMS was necessary. After the implémentation phase We succeed to assign and train employees on legal training all over the World. The LMS module is very user friendly !

Cornerstone will help you first to build your own talent management suite with a strong CORE HR and other modules as Performance module, Succession module, compensation module, competencies management, succession plan, business-critical roles. The LMS module is powerful: user-friendly, the home page is very nice and easy to use, the LMS module is one of the best tools in the market.
