We use Cornerstone for all of our learning and development as well as performance initiatives. We have many employees out in the field so the mobility of the platform is so important to us. Help us keep up top to date on compliance training as well as employee engagement. We love it and would highly recommend it.

We are able to have all of our training and development and performance processes on one platform, which has been great! There is no more need to switch in between platforms to compare data, it's all in one place. Reporting is so easy with Cornerstone because we have all of our data in one place to analyze.
We are able to deploy training out to our field employees directly to their iPads. This makes a huge difference for our compliance training because they are able to complete training in a timely fashion. Before we would have to wait until they were able to get on a computer to complete their training. With the availability of Cornerstone on ipads it has really changed the game for us.
In comparison to other platforms, Cornerstone checks all the boxes. They are always looking for ways to improve the platform with the suggestions from their users. It always evolving which is great because the platform is always staying current with trends as well as the content. This really helps us continue to grow our employee engagement.
