Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Coupa across the whole organization for submitting expense reports to AP.

Pros and Cons

Mobile App - you can quickly put together an expense report in real time so you don't forget about it or lose a receipt.
Easy to use - walks you through the process.
Updates you along the way when things have been approved.

Attaching certain files doesn't always work (emails). The website is glitchy sometimes and you can't attach anything at all without having to work around the system.
Being able to edit the name of your expense report later if you forgot to do it the first time. I can't do this on the mobile app.

If you have a large organization that is across multiple countries, Coupa makes it much easier to receive everyone's expenses in a timely manner.
